Ginger founded Zia Communication & Public Relations to partner with firms and grow their brands in the community. Her focus is on transforming an organization’s business objectives into solid public relations, marketing and communication action items that deliver results.

The IABC, the Society of Professional Services, the Public Relations Society of American, and the Tulsa and Regional ADDY’s have recognized her for her work. In addition, she was awarded the IABC Regional Silver Quill for developing a strategic communications process that changes people’s behaviors. This model has been used to grow brands, align employees and sway opinions.

Active in the community, Ginger has served on the American Heart Association Board of Directors, First Presbyterian Church Board of Trustees, Leadership Tulsa, and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Tulsa Chapter Executive Board. She is a recipient of the Leadership Tulsa Paragon Award for volunteer work in the Tulsa community.
